FishFinery guarantees the freshness and quality of our seafood 100%. If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of your delivery, please notify us immediately to exchange your order or obtain a full refund.

Damaged Goods and Miscellaneous Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving your order, and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items, so that we can investigate the issues and correct it for you.
Exchanges and Refunds
The best way to ensure your satisfaction is to immediately notify us of the item you want to exchange, and we will ship you new product. If you would prefer we can refund the amount of the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your exchange or refund request, and you will receive either an exchange of product, or a refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note; it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
