Where can you ship?
We ship all over the United States. 

When do I need to place my order?
We recommend that you place your order as early as possible, preferably 48-72 hours prior to your desired shipping date.   Orders received  2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
*** Due to the high demand for online food sales cut off times are subject to change throughout the week.

Can I include a message/gift card in my order?
Yes. At checkout you will have an option to include a custom gift message. Gift cards are available for purchase here as well. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email containing a unique gift card code that is to be used at checkout by the recipient to redeem its value.

How much is shipping?
Shipping to Florida is free. Please refer to our shipping section for more information on shipping to other locations as prices may vary.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We will ship orders that are $99.00 and above to Florida Zip Codes via Fedex Ground for free. Orders received prior to Wednesday at the 2:00 PM cut off time, your order will ship the next day, and you will receive your order the following day.

Can I track my order?
You will be emailed a tracking number the day before your package is scheduled to be delivered. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us at customerservice@fishfinery.com. 

How do you package my order?
Your order will come in a box with ice gel packs to ensure freshness. Our custom insulated packages will insure product freshness for up to 2 days transit time.

What if my order is delivered late?
We package your order to last 2 days in transit. If your order is delayed for more than 2 days, please contact us immediately and we will refund the cost or reship your order.

Can you change my order once it is placed?
The checkout page specifies that all orders are final. If you have a concern, please contact us right away at customerservice@fishfinery.com.

What happens if my order arrives spoiled?
If your order arrives spoiled in any way, immediately send us a message at customerservice@fishfinery.com

Free Shipping Available For Florida Residents Ordering a Minimum of $99.00


All online orders must be received before 2 p.m. EST to be processed for next day shipping.
*** The next day cut off is subject to change due to high demand for perishable online food during this exceptional time.

Orders received on Fridays,Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday for Shipping. Products are available to be shipped on business days only. We suggest you place your orders as early as possible (48-72 hours in advance) to insure prompt delivery. 

We will not ship an order if the transit time is more than 24-48 hours, falls on a weekend or a holiday. If your order is received past the cut off time, weekend or holiday, it will not be processed and shipped until the next available business day to ensure quality and freshness. 

All of our fresh seafood is subject to availability as our inventory fluctuates hourly. In the event an item becomes unavailable or is delayed significantly, we will contact you directly.

Do you ship internationally?
Due to international regulations and customs delays, we are regretfully unable to ship internationally. We cannot process orders with an international billing address. Please provide a US billing address only.

Can you ship to a PO Box? 
We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box. Please provide an accurate street address. 

All of our perishable products are shipped in our custom insulated packaging via overnight or express delivery to ensure optimal freshness. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information the day your order ships – please provide a valid email address to receive this information when you place your order

What if my order never arrives? 
FishFinery is not responsible for undelivered shipments. Therefore, to avoid delays in the event the recipient is not at home, we authorize delivery without a signature. Please make arrangements to receive your perishable goods in a timely manner.
